SUMMARY:September 2026 - Park Place
DESCRIPTION:Following the highly successful previous September retreats\, we are very happy to announce that this year there will be another retreat of the same length\, so as to fit in with working patterns for many of you. The retreat will begin at teatime on Thursday 10th and finish after lunch on Sunday 13th\, September \nEveryone who has been on these retreats has felt the profound benefits and this time we shall again have an extended opportunity to bathe in the nourishing value of deep rest while enjoying deeper\, clearer meditations. In addition\, we have the chance to explore further the profound implications of the Vedic teaching that lies behind our meditation technique. \nOn a practical level\, these retreats are a wonderful boost for those who are meditating twice a day but also provide the opportunity for those who may have slipped out of regular practice to get back on track. Added to which will be the rare opportunity for a complete chill out\, to enjoy the company of old friends again and make new ones\, laugh a lot and enjoy the lovely surroundings of Park Place. \nAccommodation:\nThere are two categories of room available. All prices are per person: \n\nEnsuite single £ 315 for 3 days\nEnsuite twin room used as a single £ 320 for 3 days\n\nAll food is vegetarian. For anyone with a special diet or dietary restrictions e.g. dairy free\, gluten free etc. a surcharge of £5.00 per person per day will apply\, to cover the extra cost. \nBooking is on a first-come first-served basis\, so early application is recommended; this will also help in the administration. \nBooking procedure: \n\nA place is confirmed with receipt of the Booking Form along with a £50 deposit\, by cheque made payable to Alistair Shearer.
